Service Description

Prenatal yoga emphasizes stress reduction and relaxation for expecting mothers. Research shows that prenatal yoga improves sleep; reduces stress and anxiety; increases the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth; and decreases lower back pain, nausea, headaches, and shortness of breath. Learn to move in ways that support and strengthen your changing body, while keeping your baby safe. Meditation and pranayama (breathwork) techniques that can be used during labor will be emphasized during this class. Meet and build community with other women sharing the journey of motherhood! Classes are designed for any level of experience and trimester. A recording will be sent after each class, and you will have access to the three most recent class links throughout the series. Cancellation Policy

Arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time. Pre-registration for all classes (at least one hour in advance) is preferred. Clarksburg Yoga reserves the right to cancel or alter the class schedule at any time. Students will receive a full refund if a workshop or training is canceled. Clarksburg Yoga is closed on all major holidays. In the case of studio closure due to inclement weather or renovation no series, class pass, or membership will be extended. All sales are final unless in the event of cancellation.
