We appreciate your help in keeping our studio running smoothly!
Pre-register for all classes and events online or through the MindBody app.
Check-in with your teacher upon arrival.
Bring a yoga mat or rent one from the studio for $1.
Arrive at least five minutes before class begins.
Leave shoes in the cubbies downstairs at the entrance, (no shoes on studio floor).
Silence or turn off your cell phone before class.
If you must leave class early, please do so before or after Savasana–not during.
Payment is expected in full prior to or at the time of class attendance. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), cash, checks, Square, and Paypal.
Discounts cannot be added together; the higher of the two discounts will be applied.
Clarksburg Yoga reserves the right to cancel or alter the class schedule at any time. Students will receive a full refund if a workshop or training is canceled.
Clarksburg Yoga is closed on all major holidays.
In the case of studio closure due to inclement weather or renovation no series, class pass, or membership will be extended.
The $48 New Student Introductory Special is only available to purchase on the first visit to the studio.
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final unless in the event of cancellation.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered after AutoPay transaction occurs.
Activation of membership requires a 3-month minimum enrollment period. Memberships cannot be canceled or suspended prior to the initial 3-month period.
Memberships can only be applied to the fixed class schedule and do not apply to workshops, series, or training.
Monthly memberships cannot be shared and are nontransferable.
Failed billing attempts will incur a fee of $25 after a one-week grace period to update your billing information.
Memberships can be frozen or suspended for up to 3 months at a time. A $10 administrative fee will be charged each billing cycle in place of your regular membership fee.
It is the responsibility of the student to cancel AutoPay; AutoPay will continue indefinitely until canceled. All cancellations must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the cancellation date. Submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you cancel your membership, you may re-enroll again 3 months after cancellation.
Class Packages & Series:
All series and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class packages may be shared with family members.
No extensions on class package expiration dates. Remaining classes in an expired series can be rolled over with the purchase of a new series.
If you cannot make it to a class for which you have pre-registered, please call or email us at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. Absent spaces will be considered a “Late Cancel” and will be charged the full rate.
If there are 3 or fewer classes remaining in a Feature Series, please pay the drop-in rate until the next session begins. If 4 or more weeks remain in the series, the fee may be prorated.
If you miss a class during a series you are welcome to make it up during the free make-up week offered at the end of each session or during one of our regularly scheduled classes within the series timeframe.
Workshops and Private Events:
Non-refundable payment is required in full at time of booking; spots will not be reserved without full payment.
No refund or account credit for cancellation 48 hours or less prior to workshop, party, or private event.
To cancel your registration, email email@example.com or call the studio at (301) 802-4993 up to 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop. Account credit will be given for the full amount of registration.
Book six or more sessions for a 20% discount.
Cancellations will not be charged up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged half price.
All training courses and continuing education workshops are non-refundable once training dates have begun.
In the case you withdraw from training and are on a payment plan, your remaining balance will be due upon request of withdrawal.
Teacher Training Payment plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All retreat deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
