Prenatal Yoga

All sessions now offered In Person + Virtually

We understand that growing a new life in your body comes with a multitude of emotions, stressors, joys, fears, and physical changes! Wherever you are on your journey, we want you to feel supported with a community of like-minded women and to rest easy knowing that you are doing everything you can to prepare for safe childbirth and to give your baby a healthy start to life.


Prenatal yoga emphasizes stress reduction and relaxation for expecting mothers. According to research from the Mayo Clinic, prenatal yoga has been found to:

  • improve sleep;

  • reduce stress and anxiety;

  • increase the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth;

  • and decrease lower back pain, nausea, headache, and shortness of breath.


During this six-week series, learn to move in ways that support and strengthen your changing body, while keeping your baby safe. This six-week series is safe for all trimesters of pregnancy. Meditation and pranayama (breathwork) techniques that can be used during labor will be emphasized during classes. Take time to meet and build community with other women sharing the journey of motherhood!

Classes are designed for any level of experience and trimester. A recording will be sent after each class, and you will have access to the three most recent class links throughout the series.

Session Information:

  • Teacher: DeAnna Houston

  • Classes meet Sundays from 6-7 PM in-studio and online.

  • Enrollments run in 6-week sessions. Multiple missed classes can be made up in any regular class on our fixed schedule within the timeframe of the enrolled session.

  • Online series price is $72 ($12/class), drop-ins are $20. Pro-rated packages are available upon request.

  • Safe to enroll for all trimesters at any week during the series.
