Yoga for Pre-Teen Girls (8-Week Series)

In this class, girls come together in a non-competitive, nurturing, and welcoming environment to discuss self-care and vibrant living. The first half of class includes a 30-min yoga practice, followed by a 30-min enrichment and discussion activity held over Zoom. (No class Christmas Eve!) Price: $96
