You're invited to join in this 6-week yoga program designed to take you from feeling stressed out to feeling... "vibed out" - literally and figuratively! Chanting is an ancient tool from the tradition of yoga that we can use to enhance our practice. In this program, we'll weave chanting into our asana practice to: - Vibrate life energy throughout our bodies at a cellular level - Experience profound relaxation and create balance in our nervous system - Focus the mind - Infuse the mind and body with the meaning of the mantra - Deepen the effects of stress-reducing postures (Disclaimer: Since this is a group class and there will not be individual assessment and guidance, please make sure you are fully cleared for movement by a medical professional if you are experiencing any current injuries.)
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time. Pre-registration for all classes (at least one hour in advance) is preferred. Clarksburg Yoga reserves the right to cancel or alter the class schedule at any time. Students will receive a full refund if a workshop or training is canceled. Clarksburg Yoga is closed on all major holidays. In the case of studio closure due to inclement weather or renovation no series, class pass, or membership will be extended. All sales are final unless in the event of cancellation.
