Experience the sky above, water below, surrounded by nature, sun, and breeze... Learn basic paddling strokes used to take you to beautiful and tranquil parts of the Potomac River. Expect to be guided through a yoga practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the idea of floating on water. Connect to your breath as you flow dynamically through a yoga sequence designed for all levels. Cool off with restorative poses and finish with the greatest Savasana you've ever had! Led by Natasha Romano, E-RYT 500 and in collaboration with Paddlestroke SUP, the area's premier standup paddleboard outfitter in the DMV area.
